About DataRoad

Engineering, passion and 11 years in business.

Since 2015, DataRoad has managed IT for companies with 10 or more workstations, in Portugal and abroad: networks, servers, cloud, cybersecurity and Apple, with an in-house technical team and a contract that defines everything up front.

We do this because we love it. Every network we deliver is designed, documented and managed as if it were our own.

We don’t need an office in every city. We provide remote support to international clients and to companies without a physical office, with coverage that already includes Paris.

Which companies do you work with?

Companies with 10 or more workstations, always under contract and directly with the end client. We do not provide one-off support or subcontracted work.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. The contract is annual, renews automatically and can be terminated with 60 days’ notice.

Is 24/7 support included?

24/7 support and monitoring are exclusive to the Premium 365 plan, which covers nights, weekends and public holidays.

Do you sell equipment?

We do not sell equipment on its own. For network installations we take responsibility for maintaining and managing the installed network under an IT Unlimited contract.

Where do you provide support?

Our headquarters are in Alfragide, with on-site support across Portugal and remote support for companies in Spain, the rest of Europe and the United States.
