Under a permanent IT Unlimited contract, DataRoad manages a multi-vendor estate — Apple, Dell and Cisco Meraki — the business network and IT operations, with specialist technical consultancy.
The starting point
A multinational technology company expects its office in Portugal to operate to the same standard as headquarters: secure IT, always available and aligned with international policies. The challenge was to find a local partner able to manage a heterogeneous estate, with two operating systems and Cisco Meraki network equipment, without any loss of continuity.
