  • 01IT Unlimited: Essential from €395, Premium from €750, Premium 365 from €1,200/month + VAT.
  • 02Essential is remote and phone only; Premium adds unlimited on-site support.
  • 03Nights, weekends, public holidays and 24/7 support only in Premium 365.
  • 04Annual contract, 60 days' notice, no lock-in and no hourly billing.

The IT cost that weighs most on an SME is the unpredictable one: the overtime invoice after a failure, the emergency call-out, the engineer who charges per incident. DataRoad's managed IT services remove that variable. There are three IT Unlimited plans, all with a fixed monthly fee: Essential from €395 per month (+ VAT) for 10 workstations, Premium from €750 and Premium 365 from €1,200 per month (+ VAT). The exact amount depends on workstations, infrastructure and plan, and is fixed in writing in the proposal, after a no-commitment analysis.

Pricing questions

Is the price the same for every company?

No. It varies with workstations, plan and infrastructure complexity, which is why we always carry out a survey before presenting figures.

What is the real difference between Essential and Premium?

Essential is remote and telephone only, with no call-outs; Premium adds unlimited on-site support, Microsoft 365 management and antivirus/EDR.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. The contract is annual, renews automatically and ends with 60 days' notice, with no minimum term.

Which costs never appear outside the monthly fee?
