Frequently asked questions

Do you work in factories or only offices?

Both, and it is in the factory that the difference shows: networks in halls, connected machines, Wi-Fi for mobile terminals and production/office segmentation are routine work.

Can you intervene without stopping production?

Almost always, with planning. Anything that requires an outage is done in an agreed window and communicated in advance, always with a rollback plan.

Do you help answer customers' security questionnaires?

Yes. We implement the measures and deliver the documentation: a backup policy with tests, access management, segmentation, an incident log and a recovery plan.

Is a head office in Alfragide a problem for on-site support?

No. Most incidents are resolved remotely and immediately, and monitoring detects many before they affect operations. For what requires presence, the travel time is written into the contract.

How is it paid for?

IT Unlimited sets a monthly fee for a defined scope, with no call counting. Essential from €395, Premium from €750 and Premium 365 from €1,200 per month + VAT, on an annual contract with 60 days' notice and no lock-in.
