A new hotel on Rua Augusta has guests who arrive with several devices, expect uninterrupted streaming and check in digitally. On the operations side, reception, the PMS, administrative systems and security must always be available. The infrastructure had to be ready for high density from the start, with separate networks and perimeter protection from day one.
