In 2025, Clínica Lambert opened a new unit in Corroios and extended to it the IT Unlimited contract it already had with DataRoad - IT Services and Consulting. The new unit received the same level of service as the original clinic: managed network, enterprise Wi-Fi, firewall, servers and full IT support, with continuous monitoring so that consultations, tests and treatments never depend on luck.

What a clinic demands from IT
In a clinic, technology is present throughout the patient journey: booking, clinical records, diagnostic tests, billing to insurers and physiotherapy equipment. A network failure delays appointments and creates queues at reception.
That is why Clínica Lambert wanted the Corroios unit to start with the same infrastructure and the same partner, rather than starting from scratch with a new provider.

IT Unlimited combines unlimited support, continuous monitoring, alerting, reporting and active failure prevention. Premium, from €750/month + VAT, includes unlimited on-site support; Premium 365, from €1,200/month + VAT, adds nights, weekends and public holidays, 24 hours a day.
