We install UniFi access points, gateways and PoE switches, bring every site into one console and keep local control, so the network keeps working even if the internet goes down.

UniFi does not require recurring licences. You pay for the equipment and the management, which is included in IT Unlimited. For larger-scale projects we also deploy Cisco Meraki.
