In 2019, the Social Services of the Public Administration (SSAP) once again chose DataRoad - IT Services and Consulting to repair and certify the cabling of its network: 272 network outlets, in the racks and in the rooms. With this intervention, the number of outlets repaired and certified by DataRoad at SSAP's premises rises to 456 — network infrastructure verified outlet by outlet, for a public body that cannot be left without a network.

Why certify an existing network
A network can have connectivity and still not deliver the expected performance. Certification measures every outlet and confirms that it meets the cable category, which separates a genuine fault from a configuration problem and gives the client a reliable record of its infrastructure. In a body with many users, repairing and certifying in phases keeps the network running while what is wrong is put right.
