Boost Portugal Selects DataRoad for Ongoing “Unlimited” IT Support and IT Service Monitoring

Dataroad was selected to provide “Unlimited” monthly IT services and support to Boost Portugal, ensuring the smooth operation of its information systems at all times through an annual contract for monthly IT support.

Boost Portugal is a company that combines innovative projects in tourism entertainment, alternative transportation, and technology. Since 2008, it has been building several successful brands, revitalizing and promoting Portugal, Spain, and the U.S. It began by revitalizing tourism in Lisbon with the GoCar brand, known to many as the “yellow convertible trikes.” These trikes were the first step in a project that quickly found other alternatives for visitors to the city.

Over the years, it has launched activities involving Segways, electric bicycles, scooters, buggies, interactive technology for tablets, innovative team-building activities, electric tuk-tuks, culinary tours, live escape games, and many other projects. Boost operates in Lisbon, Porto, the Douro region, and Madrid, and its technology is used in cities such as Barcelona, San Francisco, Miami, and San Diego. It currently owns 12 tourist entertainment brands globally and reaches more than 600,000 people worldwide each year.
