A DataRoad was chosen by the Velv by OnRising to ensure specialist IT support, ongoing technical support and comprehensive management of your IT infrastructure through the contract IT Unlimited — a monthly premium IT support service that guarantees the secure, stable and efficient operation of the company's entire computer network.
With this annual contract, DataRoad will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted performance of around 200 jobs, corporate firewall, wireless network, printing systems, servers and internet connectivity. All of this combined with services of proactive monitoring, advanced alarmism, reporting regular e immediate remote support, ensuring maximum availability of the information systems.
